Based on recommendations made by the Township of Teaneck, we are excited to now offer Hybrid Group Classes & Virtual or In-Studio Private Pilates sessions to keep you on track.                                                                                                Now more than ever we need our Pilates practice to help relieve stress, maintain sanity, and keep our bodies strong and healthy.                                                                                                                                                We will contine to monitor this situation closely and follow deveoping recommendations.
