*FUNDAMENTALS is a great way to learn specific PILATES EXERCISES in detail. Check out "ENERGYTV" for details of the exercises of the month. Guarantee to have a greater understanding of the componets of Pilates. 4 students for this program...Offered Mondays & Thursdays on the second and third week of each month.
*TRIO SESSION....3 clients will enjoy, Gratz Apparatus, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Barrels, Mat, Pedi-Pole, Springs and much more. Great Fun and the perfect system to achieve results.
*STRETCH & STRETCH/TOWER COMBO....5 students. The room will be warm and you will be amazed how far you can push your body. Teachers will incorporate deep breathing exercises, strengthening of the core, slow, minimal, percise, detailed movement. You will learn comfort in silence and oneness with the mind and body. Exercises will include lymphatic drainage, massage of the inner organs, foam roller, tower apparatus, lengthen and strengthen at the same time. Many students say they feel relaxed, worked and cleansed.

Before, During & After Many students use the time before class to quietly center themselves as they prepare for class. Please refrain from talking in the Pilates area!!
* You may bring bottled water into class with you.
* Practice stillness between transitions.
* Honor the silence of the room by moving quietly.
* Please turn off cell phones.
* Drink plenty of water before coming to class and
* Avoid meals 2-3 hours before class.
